I am new at this game and i cant get food! The ocean is full of algea and nobody can climb up to get the coconuts. What do i do?

I loved the first one... Now i know this was a of game, but you didnt port it at all. You copied and pasted... Sad. Its says when the "COMPUTER is off" sad. And I cannot edit names, cause the keyboard doesnt pop up. I cannot retrieve 2 gong pieces because the people dropped them when I exited the game. This is sad guys. Please fix this, even though you wont because it is a 2010 update... -.-

I really enjoy these games. I bought all 5 at once! Just a small suggestion if you could ever take it into consideration: Please throw on a keyboard so I can rename my villagers. I have 3 of them named Hula and 2 Waiata. How can I grow attached to them of they are all named the same? This can apply to all the other games too. Thanks for such an awesome game!

Ok so I love this game! But I really need help with puzzle 4 (the sharp tools) Im doing exactly the right thing (lol in referring to a walk through I found on the interweb) but it doesnt work, it doesnt say "she/he sees something" will I have to start over?? Please help!

How do I do it

To get them 2 get the coconuts u must have lvl 2 of farming and only adults can climb 4 coconuts also by the crate mushrooms grow children can pick the mushrooms

So the game is fun for about an hour, but then the algae appears in the water, preventing me from getting fish. The coconuts run out too quickly, and within a day or two most of the villagers have died of starvation. How do I get rid of the algae?!?!? :( please help

I would like this game but I cant figure out how to build the dam I would be fine if I could but I cant.

Its really good but I just have one suggestion and that is to let us NAME our villagers like the PC version!!! That would be awesome if you could do that!

See I dont know how to make a sharp tool someone plzzzz tell me how to make a tool!!! 

You get rid if the algae with lv3 farming. In the stream there is algae eating fish you need to get more than 1.

How do you get the algae out of the water please help :,(

Its great until you access the fields and the birds eat your crops how do you keep the birds away?

I noticed a lot of people asking questions.. Online they have plenty of help and walkthroughs to help you out with the puzzles. Just look up "virtual villagers 2 walkthrough"

I know this is a game for laptops but even better on my ipod!!!

1. Fire. Drag a villager to the dry wood near the broken hut. Then drag another villager to the dry shrubs near the coconut trees. When they are both on the fire drag a villager on the fire and it will say "Starting a fire" 2. Building a dam. First you will need Engineering tech level 2. Once u purchase it, drag a villager to the narrow stream onto the rock next to the soil. It will start building a dam. You will probably need more then one villagers to do this. 3. Scarecrow. I sorta forgot how to do this but I think its how. You see the weird blue flower? You see the rocks next to it? You see the twigs next to the rocks? Drag a villager up to them. They should start building a scare crow. IF THIS IS WRONG IM SOOOO SRRY. Also to get coconuts you have to purchase farming tech lvl 2 then drag a villager to the coconuts. Hope this helped.
